The price does not include the following: Planning Permission and Permits: Any planning permissions, approvals, or permits required for the project, which shall be obtained and secured by the Customer. Site Survey, Cranage, and Transport: Any site surveys, cranage, or transportation services. These may be arranged by KES at an additional cost upon request. Onsite Service Connections: All service connections at the site, which shall be organised and completed by the Customer. Groundworks: Any groundwork or preparatory site work, which shall be completed by the Customer prior to delivery. All responsibilities outlined above remain the sole obligation of the Customer unless otherwise agreed in writing.
